Can I add another teacher to my class?

Yes! You can add a co-teacher when you edit a class!

Access Edit Class Menu

  1. Staff can edit a class from the Individualized Learning, Progress Monitoring and Classes screens

  1. From the Individualized Learning or Progress Monitoring screen use the class filter to select the class to be edited
  2. Select "Edit" as shown below

  1. From the Classes screen select the name of the class you wish to edit




Step-by-Step Guidance

  1. On the 'Create or Edit Class" screen scroll down to the "teachers" section
  2. Click "Add Co-Teacher"



  1. Check the box to the left of the teacher's name, click "Add", and select "Save"!
  2. That teacher will then have access to your class
For changes to be saved - you must select "save".  Do not click the Save button until you have made all the changes – including adding or removing co-teachers


Once a teacher has been added to your class they will automatically have access to view and edit this class.
