Overview

Once you have created a class and added students, you may need to make changes. You can edit an existing class whenever you need to add or remove students or when you need to change the class details, such as:

• Class name

• Teacher

• School

• Class icon

• Teacher permissions (add another teacher to the class)
  

Access Edit Class Menu

1. Staff can edit a class from the Individualized Learning, Progress Monitoring and Classes screens
   

1. From the Individualized Learning or Progress Monitoring screen use the class filter to select the class to be edited

1. Select "Edit" as shown below

1. From the Classes screen select the name of the class you wish to edit

1. Click the Edit Class button towards the top of the screen.

Step-by-Step Guidance

1. The Create/Edit Class screen will display. 

1. Now you can:
   
1. Change the name of the class by deleting the existing one and typing in a new name.

1. Select a different icon to represent the class.

1. Change who can view or edit this class by clicking add co-teacher.

1. Add or remove students 
   

For changes to be saved - you must select "save".  Do not click the Save button until you have made all the changes – including adding or removing students.

1. After making changes, click Save!
